Shipping, Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Centaurus Western, we are committed to providing high quality products and exceptional service. Our shipping, returns and exchange policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction:

Shipments:

  • We ship throughout the Mexican Republic.
  • Estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days depending on location.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Returns for Defect or Damage:

  • You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return if the product has any defect or damage.
  • We will provide a return guide at no additional cost.
  • It is important to package the product securely for return shipping.
  • Once the product has been received and evaluated, we will process the refund to the original payment method.

Changes for Size, Model or Color:

  • You have 7 calendar days after delivery to request an exchange.
  • Two shipping guides will be provided: one for the return and one for the new product. These will have an additional cost.
  • Be sure to pack the product properly to avoid damage during shipping.

Exchange or Return Request Process:

Send an email to contacto@centauruswestern.com with the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Photographs of the products to be returned (including photos of the damage, if applicable)
  3. Details of the desired model in case of change

Additional Information:

  • This policy applies only to orders within Mexico.
  • No international changes or returns are made.
  • All exchange and/or return processes will be evaluated by our team.
